Eligibility Criteria
To open an account with Espace Jeux, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- Be at least 19 years of age
- Be a legal resident of Canada
- Possess a valid Canadian address
- Have a functional email address and phone number
- Not be excluded from gambling activities through self-exclusion programs or regulatory restrictions
- Not be attempting to register on behalf of another person
Registration Process
Required Information
When creating an account, you will need to provide:
- Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID
- Current residential address
- Date of birth
- Valid email address
- Phone number
- Last four digits of your Social Insurance Number (for tax purposes)
- Security questions and answers
Username and Password Requirements
- Username: 6-15 characters, alphanumeric, no special characters
- Password: 8-20 characters, must include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character
Account Verification
Identity Verification
All accounts require verification within 30 days of registration. The following documents are accepted:
- Government-issued photo ID (passport, driver’s license, provincial ID card)
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, government correspondence dated within the last three months)
- Proof of payment method (front of credit/debit card showing only the last four digits, or screenshot of e-wallet account)
Verification Process
- Submit clear, color copies or photographs of required documents through your account portal
- Ensure all four corners of documents are visible
- Information must be clearly legible
- Documents must not be expired
Standard verification is typically completed within 24-48 hours of submission.
Account Restrictions
Single Account Policy
- Only one account per person is permitted
- Multiple accounts will result in closure of all accounts and potential forfeiture of funds
- Accounts cannot be shared, transferred, or sold
Account Limitations
Espace Jeux may impose temporary or permanent limitations on accounts in cases of:
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Violation of Terms and Conditions
- Inadequate verification
- Self-exclusion requests
- Regulatory requirements
Account Security
Security Measures
We recommend implementing the following security measures:
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA)
- Use a unique password not shared with other websites
- Never share your login credentials
- Regularly update your password
- Log out after each session, especially on public devices
Suspicious Activity
If you notice unusual activity on your account:
- Change your password immediately
- Enable 2FA if not already active

Account Maintenance
To maintain an active account in good standing:
- Keep your personal information current
- Respond to verification requests promptly
